Who we are
This website is operated by Quantum Advisory NCR ("we", "us", "our"), a real estate advisory practice working across Delhi NCR. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, why we collect it, how it is handled and the choices you have. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the data fiduciary for the information described here.
By using this website or sending us an enquiry, you agree to your information being handled as set out in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit your details through the website.
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry, request a callback or contact us through a form on this website, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, your phone number, your email address, the project or property you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.
You may also contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp using the details on the website. If you do, we receive the information you share with us through that channel, and the provider of that channel handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.
Please do not include sensitive information in an enquiry, such as identity document numbers, bank details or passwords. We do not ask for it through this website.
Information collected automatically
When an enquiry is submitted we record the page it was sent from and, where they are present in the link you followed, campaign tags that tell us which advertisement or referral brought you to the website.
To protect our forms from spam and misuse, we limit the number of submissions that can be made from one connection. To do this we keep a short-lived, irreversible code derived from the IP address of the connection. We do not store the IP address itself with your enquiry. Where a verification challenge is shown on a form, it is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information about your browser to tell people from automated software.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps technical logs of requests, which may include IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the website secure and working.
Cookies and analytics
The public pages of this website work without any login and do not need cookies to function. Cookies that are strictly necessary are used only in the staff area of the website, to keep authorised staff signed in.
Where analytics or advertising measurement tools are switched on, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or the Meta Pixel, those services set their own cookies and collect information about how the website is used, for example the pages viewed and links followed. We do not pass your name, phone number, email address or the contents of your enquiry to these tools. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and the website will continue to work.
Maps and videos shown on the website are provided by third parties such as Google Maps, YouTube and Vimeo. Interactive maps load only when you choose to open them. When you load a map or play a video, the provider may collect information under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry and to stay in touch about it; to share details of projects and properties that match what you have asked for; to arrange calls, meetings and site visits; to keep a record of our dealings with you; to protect the website against spam, fraud and misuse; to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so that we can improve it; and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit your details to us for these purposes, and on the other grounds that the law permits, such as meeting a legal obligation. We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Your information is seen by our staff who need it to respond to you. We share it outside the practice only in the following cases: with the developer or seller of a project or property you have asked us about, where that is needed to take your enquiry forward, for example to check availability, arrange a site visit or make a booking; with service providers who host the website and its database, deliver our email and provide security and analytics services, who act on our instructions and are required to keep the information secure; and with courts, regulators or law enforcement agencies where we are required to do so by law, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Some of our service providers may store or process information on servers outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to see that it remains protected, and we will follow any restrictions on the transfer of personal data that are notified under Indian law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain a record of our dealings with you, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires or permits. When information is no longer needed it is deleted or made anonymous.
You can ask us at any time to delete the details you have given us. We will do so unless we are required by law to keep them.
How we protect it
Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that can be reached only by authorised staff who have signed in. Access is limited by role and changes are recorded. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. If a personal data breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
Your rights and choices
Subject to the law, you have the right to ask us for a summary of the personal information we hold about you and what we have done with it; to ask us to correct, complete or update it; to ask us to erase it; to withdraw your consent at any time, after which we will stop using your information except where the law requires or allows us to continue; to nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity; and to have a complaint about our handling of your information dealt with.
If you no longer wish to hear from us about projects and properties, tell us and we will stop. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.
Links to other websites
This website may link to websites operated by developers, regulators and other third parties. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If we make a significant change, we will make that clear on this page.
Contacting us and raising a concern
To exercise any of your rights, or if you have a question or a complaint about how your information has been handled, please write to us using the details on the Contact page of this website and mention that your message concerns privacy. We will acknowledge your request and respond within the time required by law.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
