The website presents residential and commercial projects and properties in Delhi NCR and lets you get in touch with us about them. It is provided for general information. Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract for the sale, purchase or lease of any property, and nothing on it is legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Any transaction is governed solely by the agreements you sign with the developer or seller concerned.

We take care to present information accurately, but much of it is supplied by developers, owners and other third parties, and we cannot guarantee that it is complete, current or free from error. Prices, availability, configurations, areas, specifications, amenities, payment plans and possession dates are indicative, may change without notice and may differ from what is finally offered. A property shown as available may have been reserved or sold by the time you enquire.

Photographs, renderings, walkthrough videos, floor plans and maps are for illustration. They may be artist's impressions, may show furnishings, fittings and landscaping that are not included, and may not be to scale. Areas and dimensions are approximate.

Before you make any decision or payment, you should verify all details independently, inspect the property and its documents, and take professional advice where appropriate.

Where a project is registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, its registration number is shown on the project page where it is available to us. You should confirm the registration and the approved details of any project on the website of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority for the state in which it is located before making a decision.

The calculator on this website gives an estimate for guidance only, based on the figures you enter and a fixed rate of interest. It does not take account of processing fees, insurance, taxes, prepayments or changes in interest rates. It is not a loan offer, a sanction or financial advice. The amount you can borrow, the rate and the instalment for an actual loan are decided by the lender.

When you send us an enquiry you confirm that the details you give are your own, or that you have the permission of the person they belong to, and that they are accurate. You agree that we may contact you about your enquiry, and about projects and properties that match it, by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a property and does not oblige either of us to enter into any transaction.

You agree to use the website lawfully and for its intended purpose. You must not submit false, misleading or abusive enquiries; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its staff area or the systems behind it; interfere with its operation or security; introduce malicious software; copy or extract its content in bulk by automated means; or use it to send unsolicited communications. We may restrict or block access where we believe these terms have been breached.

The design of this website, its text and its selection and arrangement of content belong to us or to those who have licensed them to us. Project names, logos, photographs, plans and brochures belong to their respective developers and owners and are shown with their permission or for the purpose of identifying their projects. You may view the website and print or download pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt or commercially exploit any part of it without written permission.

The website may link to, or display content from, websites and services that we do not operate, including those of developers, map providers and video platforms. We provide these for convenience, do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
